Purpose

This document details the work around when the prerequisite installer detects the installed .NET Framework version does not match the language of the operating system.

Symptom

In the prerequisite installer, the .NET Framework version may not match the language of the operating system and detect as not installed.

Solution

1. Manually check that the correct version of the .NET Framework version is installed to the device.
   If the required version is missing, install the version matching the operating system language.
2. Bypass the prerequisites install by pressing CTRL + S.
3. Continue to install the product as normal.
