Viewing Incidents Report

Viewing Incidents Report

To access this report, navigate to the Incidents section. Here, you'll find a comprehensive list of all recorded incidents, including any issues or errors identified based on criteria set by the IT Admin.

Incidents are a specific type of event that suggests something might be wrong or suspicious. Therefore, while all incidents fall under the category of events, not all events qualify as incidents.

Severity Levels

The 4 Severity levels, namely High, Moderate, Low and Normal can be customized by users based on their individual criteria.
Events of Normal severity, such as routine actions like booting or shutting down, are not listed on the Incident page.

Incident Tray

Incident information can also be accessed via the Incident Tray. When you select a specific incident, the Incident Tray displays detailed information relevant to that incident. It's important to note that the information presented on the Incident Tray may vary depending on the selected incident.
