Provisioning AI Prompt Security

Create a Prompt Security tenant and assign the first admin user. The first user receives access instructions after account creation.

Before you start

  1. Confirm access to Singularity Ops Center.
  2. Confirm permission to create customer accounts or sites.
  3. Prepare the first user name and email address.

Create the account

  1. Open Singularity Ops Center.
  2. Go to Policy & Settings > Accounts.
  3. Select New Account.
  4. Complete the General section.
  5. Enter the account name, license type, expiration date, and billing mode.
  6. Add one Prompt Security SKU in SKUs.

Configure Prompt Security details


  1. Complete Policy.
  2. Review Summary.
  3. Create the account.
The account is created. The first user receives a welcome email from AI Prompt Security with access instructions.
Notes
The same provisioning process applies when creating a new site.
Warning
Prompt Security details cannot be edited from the SentinelOne console after the account is created. Review all values before saving.
