Logging in to Sepio

This article provides all the information you need to download your license and log in to Sepio, whether the software is hosted locally on your company's hardware infrastructure or in the cloud. We recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for logging in to Sepio.
Notes
After logging in for the first time, you can create a user profile for each new user.

Logging in to Sepio for the first time 

1. On-premises login

Downloading your license
Before logging in, download your zip license file from https://download.sepiofiles.com
   

Logging in to Sepio
  1. Enter the fully qualified domain name in the browser address bar: https://docs.sepiocyber.com/network-infrastructure-management/managing-scan-engines/adding-a-domain/     

    1. Username = Administrator
    2. Password = SepioSystems
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. From the Sepio main menu, go to Settings -> About -> System Health -> General -> Licensing.                                                                                               

  4. Click Import, then navigate and select the downloaded ZIP file.
  5. DO NOT unzip the file. 

  6. Click Import.

2. Sepio Cloud Login

  1. Enter the fully qualified domain name in the browser address bar: https://docs.sepiocyber.com/network-infrastructure-management/managing-scan-engines/adding-a-domain/.
  2. Enter the Username and Password provided on https://download.sepiofiles.com.
  3. We will notify you when your credentials are ready to be used.

  4. Click Sign In.

The Visibility Overview page is displayed.

Logging in to Sepio

Once you have logged for the first time, the next time you log in you will only need to enter the domain name and then your Username and Password. Click Sing in and the Visibility Overview page will be displayed.
