Q: How do I add users to the console?

A: To create new users, you must configure them in the Access Control settings:
  1. Sign in to the Ivanti Neurons Console.
  2. Go to Admin > Access Control.
  3. Select Invite New Member and provide the required details (name, email, role).
  4. Assign the appropriate permissions or role.
  5. Send Invitations to provision the account.

Q: How can a user reset or change their password?

A:
  1. If a user forgets their password, they can click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
  2. If the user is already signed in, they can:
    1. Select their profile name in the top-right corner.
    2. Click Change Password.
    3. Enter the current password, then define a new one.

Q: Where can I verify devices connected to the platform?

A: All devices appear in the Devices workspace. Use filters to view active, inactive, or non-compliant endpoints.

Q: Can I upgrade my subscription by adding new modules?

A: Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time by adding new modules.
  1. The subscription term is a minimum of one year, and payment must be made in advance.
  2. Because of this condition, cancellations and refunds are not available.
  3. A cancellation can only be requested at least 90 days before the end of the subscription term.
  4. If cancellation is not requested within this period, the subscription will be automatically renewed.
