Deploying the Prompt Security browser extension using RemoteOps scripts
The extension inspects and protects AI activity in web-based AI applications.
Before you start
- Confirm the account includes the Complete SKU.
- Prepare the API domain and API key.
- Select the target Windows or macOS endpoints.
The RemoteOps add-on is not required for these scripts.
Windows and macOS browsers support the Prompt Security browser extension. Linux browsers are not supported.
Available scripts
Select endpoints
Use the script library
- Navigate to the scope that contains the endpoints.
- Select Remote Ops in the automation toolbar.
Use the Endpoints page
- Open Sentinels.
- Select Endpoints.
- Select the target endpoints.
- Select Actions > Response > Run Script.
Run the extension script
- Enter prompt security in the search bar.
- Select the required extension install or uninstall script.
- Select Next.
- Enter the API domain and API key in Script input.
- Set the output destination to None.
- Select Next.
- Select Schedule Task.
- Choose the date and time.
- Set Recurring to Does not repeat.
- Select Next.
- Review Summary.
- Select Submit.
The selected script runs on the target endpoints. The browser extension is installed or uninstalled based on the selected script.
