AI Prompt Security FAQ

Resetting a password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Follow the instructions sent to the registered email address.

Adding members to a subscription

Manage users in the console after provisioning. Add users, assign roles, and configure tenant access from the console.

Upgrading, downgrading, or canceling a subscription

Manage subscription changes from the account settings or through the appropriate account administration process. 

Finding the first user access email

Check the mailbox for the first user email entered during provisioning. AI Prompt Security sends a welcome email with access instructions after account creation.

Changing tenant details after setup

Prompt Security tenant details cannot be edited from the SentinelOne console after account creation.

Deploying the agent

Run a AI Prompt Security Agent Install script from Remote Ops or Endpoints. Enter the API domain and API key, schedule the task, and select Submit.

Deploying the browser extension

Run a Prompt Security Extension Install script from **Remote Ops** or **Endpoints**. Enter the **API domain** and **API key**, schedule the task, and select **Submit**.

Supported operating systems for the extension

Windows and macOS browsers are supported. Linux browsers are not supported.

Using RemoteOps scripts without the RemoteOps add-on

Use the scripts with the Complete SKU. The RemoteOps add-on is not required.

Checking failed deployments

Review the selected endpoints, script name, **API domain**, **API key**, schedule, and **Summary** before submitting again.
